1) Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) The Service

Frenzo is a community for French Bulldog enthusiasts. The Service may allow you to:

  • Connect with fellow dog owners
  • Share photos and daily moments
  • Explore informational content about French Bulldogs
  • Use one-on-one chat features
  • Create a personalized profile and interaction space

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3) Account Registration and Security

Account information. You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including name, username, and email address) and to keep it current.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suspension/termination. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.

4) User Content and Conduct

Your content. You are responsible for content you create, upload, post, share, or otherwise make available ("User Content"). You represent you have all necessary rights and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

License to operate the Service. You grant Frenzo Team a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, including showing your content to others according to your sharing settings.

Community Rules
  • No illegal, harmful, threatening, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content.
  • No infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • No malware, disruption, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • No spam, scams, or deceptive behavior.
  • No harvesting of other users’ information without permission.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

5) Optional Generation / Transformation Features

The Service may include optional features that generate or transform content (for example, a one-time edited image or generated text). You are responsible for deciding whether to upload content and for how you use any generated output. You agree not to use such features in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data practices, the Privacy Policy controls.

For deployment flexibility, this page does not include a hyperlink to the Privacy Policy page.

7) Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.

8) Intellectual Property

Our materials. The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Frenzo Team or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited permission. We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frenzo Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, these limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frenzo Team from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Frenzo Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13) Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at lxazfocd611750@outlook.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding arbitration. If unresolved, you and Frenzo Team agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except either party may seek injunctive/equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction of Frenzo Team’s principal place of business, under applicable arbitration rules in effect when filed, and conducted in English unless the parties agree otherwise.

Class action waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or class action waivers for certain disputes. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice in the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

16) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
