- We do not perform facial recognition and do not create biometric identifiers or biometric profiles.
- By default, your photos and content are stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload/share them through the Service.
- We do not use your photos for training, advertising, or marketing.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, community features, one-on-one chat).
- Personalize your experience and content you see.
- Improve and develop features (debugging, analytics, product improvement).
- Protect safety and security (fraud/abuse prevention and enforcement).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
3) Optional AI/Generative Features (If You Choose to Use Them)
Some optional features may help you generate, enhance, or transform content (for example, creating an edited image or generating text). If you choose to use these features:
- Your uploaded text or images are processed on our own servers controlled by Frenzo Team.
- We do not share your uploaded inputs or generated outputs with any third-party providers.
- We do not use your uploaded inputs or generated outputs to train advertising, marketing, or third-party models.
- After processing is completed, we delete the uploaded content and generated results from our servers promptly unless you explicitly choose to save or post the result in the Service.
- You are in control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.
5) International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
6) Security
We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, regular reviews/monitoring, and backup/recovery measures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- Account deletion: deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: retained up to 6 months.
Content you share with other users may remain visible to them in some situations (for example, if re-shared by others or retained for safety/legal reasons).
8) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
